Questions, answered

Who can ride or drive with Kijé?

Kijé is an all-female platform. Every passenger and every driver verifies their identity with government-issued ID during sign-up.

How does the SOS button work?

Hold it for two seconds and Kijé instantly alerts your emergency contacts and our safety team with your name, live location, driver details and a tracking link. Cancelling requires your PIN so it can’t be dismissed under pressure.

Is my trip shared automatically?

Yes. When you match with a driver, a live tracking link is sent to your emergency contacts with no action needed from you. You can turn this on for every trip in the Safety Center.

How is my fare calculated?

Fares combine a base fare, distance, time and any active surge. When surge applies we show it clearly and honestly before you confirm.

How do drivers get paid?

Drivers keep 80% of every fare, with earnings tracked in real time and payouts scheduled weekly to a connected bank account.
